Viva 400g is made with cereal extract (Barley and Wheat), milk solids, hydrolyzed corn solids, minerals (Calcium carbonate, Ferric pyrophosphate), salt, acidity regulators, and emulsifier. It also contains several vitamins, including C, Niacin, B6, B2, B1, Folic Acid, and B12. Please note that it may contain soy particles.
For every 100g serving, Viva 400g provides approximately 380 kcal of energy. It contains about 4.1g of fat, 78.9g of carbohydrates, and 9.3g of protein. Key minerals include 500mg of Calcium, 220mg of Phosphorus, and 18.9mg of Iron. It also contains various vitamins, including Vitamin C (14.8mg), Vitamin B1 (0.52mg), Vitamin B2 (0.63mg), Vitamin B6 (0.74mg), Niacin (7.04mg), Folic Acid (71.1 mcg), and Vitamin B12 (0.37 mcg).
For usage and storage, it is recommended to consume Viva up to three times a day as part of a balanced diet.
